Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. The closer the face fills the frame, the better the result. Avoid sunglasses, hats, or heavily shadowed photos. Supported formats: JPG, PNG.

Most bundles are ready within 1–3 minutes. VIP bundles may take up to 5–8 minutes during peak times. You can watch the progress live in your Dashboard — it updates in real time as each item is created. If you've allowed notifications on your phone, you'll also receive a push notification the moment your bundle is ready.

Yes, video regeneration is available for a small fee of $2.99 since the video requires AI processing. Log in to your Dashboard and select "Regenerate Video."

Your Dashboard shows download options based on your package: Basic includes your Printable Kit and Digital Invitation; VIP adds your Video, Stickers, and Wallpaper downloads too.

Simply log in to your Dashboard at mybdaystar.com/dashboard — your bundle is always saved there and available anytime.

Files are available in your Dashboard for 14 days after your party date. After that, contact our support team if you need to regain access.

All bundles include an RSVP page. You get a unique shareable link to send to your guests. Guests click the link, see the party details, and confirm their attendance — no app or account needed. You track all responses in your Dashboard in real time.

No. Guests simply open the link and fill in their name and response. No sign-up required.

Since your bundle is a custom digital product created specifically for your child, refunds generally aren't available for change of mind or after you've approved your preview. But if there's a genuine technical issue — missing files, corrupted downloads, or a bundle that doesn't match your approved preview — contact us and we'll fix it first. If we can't resolve it, a refund may be available depending on the situation. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Before paying, you had 3 free previews to choose the illustrated character you liked best. The final bundle matches the preview you approved. If there's a factual error — like a misspelled name or wrong date reflected in your files — we'll fix your printables at no charge. If you'd like the video specifically updated to reflect a corrected detail, that's a separate $2.99 regeneration — but it won't change the character's design or appearance, since that was already confirmed at preview.
