Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. The closer the face fills the frame, the better the result. Avoid sunglasses, hats, or heavily shadowed photos. Supported formats: JPG, PNG.

Yes! You get 3 free previews before any payment. Choose your theme and character style, and see exactly how your child will look as that character — only pay when you love the result.

We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. No PayPal account required — you can pay as a guest with any credit card.

Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.

Check your spam/junk folder first — the email comes from support@mybdaystar.com. If it's not there, log in to your Dashboard — your bundle will be visible there regardless. You can also contact us with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll locate your order immediately.

Most bundles are ready within 1–3 minutes. VIP bundles may take up to 5–8 minutes during peak times. You can watch the progress live in your Dashboard — it updates in real time as each item is created. If you've allowed notifications on your phone, you'll also receive a push notification the moment your bundle is ready.

Yes — log in to your Dashboard, click "Edit Details" on your bundle, correct the information, and your printables will update automatically. This is completely free of charge.

Yes, video regeneration is available for a small fee of $3.99 since the video requires AI processing. Log in to your Dashboard and select "Regenerate Video."

Simply log in to your Dashboard at mybdaystar.com/dashboard — your bundle is always saved there and available anytime.

Your files are available until 30 days after your party date — not from the purchase date. So if you ordered a month in advance, you have plenty of time to download everything. After 30 days from the party, the files are automatically removed from our servers. You'll see the exact expiry date in your Dashboard, with an option to reorder if needed.

All bundles include an RSVP page. You get a unique shareable link to send to your guests. Guests click the link, see the party details, and confirm their attendance — no app or account needed. You track all responses in your Dashboard in real time.

No. Guests simply open the link and fill in their name and response. No sign-up required.

Your child's photo is used only during the bundle creation process and is not stored on our servers after your bundle is generated. It is never saved, shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Once your bundle is created, the original photo is automatically deleted from our systems.

Since your bundle is a custom digital product created specifically for your child, we are unable to offer refunds once the bundle has been generated. If you experience a technical issue with your files, contact us and we'll make it right.

Email us at support@mybdaystar.com. We respond within 24 hours. Please include your order email address so we can locate your bundle quickly.

Before paying, you had 3 free previews to see exactly how your child looks as the character you chose — including skin tone, hair, and style. The final result matches the preview you approved. If there is a genuine technical issue (corrupted file, wrong name, etc.), contact us and we'll fix it at no charge.
