By using MyBday Star, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
MyBday Star provides AI-generated personalized birthday invitations and digital products. You upload a photo, choose options, and receive a video invitation and printable keepsakes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Refunds may be available under certain conditions before the bundle is generated. Once content has been generated and delivered, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the photos you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to create and deliver your bundle. The MyBday Star platform, branding, and templates remain our intellectual property. Generated content is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyBday Star is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle in question.
