Information you provide

When you use MyBday Star, we may collect information you provide in connection with your order or account, including:

• your child's name, age, and gender for bundle creation;
• party details such as date, time, and location;
• RSVP names or responses submitted through your RSVP page, if you use that feature;
• other information you choose to include in your bundle or support communications.

Uploaded photos

If you place an order, you may upload a photo of a child for use in creating your personalized bundle. Uploaded photos are used only for bundle creation and photo suitability review for this service, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Information collected automatically

When you use MyBday Star, we may collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

• IP address collected in connection with payment, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution;
• browser, device, and log information;
• usage information such as pages visited, session activity, and login activity.

We use personal information to:

• create and deliver your personalized bundle;
• operate your account and Dashboard;
• send bundle-related and service-related emails;
• respond to support requests;
• process, secure, and troubleshoot orders;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use;
• handle payment disputes and chargebacks;
• improve, maintain, and protect the service;
• review uploaded photos for safety, eligibility, and suitability for this service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate MyBday Star, including providers for payment processing, website infrastructure, hosting, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, and related operational services.

Uploaded photos may also be processed through our automated content-generation and photo review systems solely to create the ordered bundle and verify photo suitability for the service.

We require service providers to process information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to us, subject to their contractual and operational obligations.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our general retention approach is as follows:

• Account email: until you delete your account or request deletion, subject to limited retention where required for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute purposes.
• Party details, bundle metadata, and bundle files: generally until 14 days after your party date, after which they are scheduled for deletion from our active systems.
• Uploaded photos: deleted after bundle generation is complete and not retained in our database or long-term file storage, subject to temporary technical, security, backup, or operational retention reasonably necessary to run the service.
• RSVP responses: generally until 14 days after your party date, after which they are scheduled for deletion from our active systems.
• IP address and related technical records associated with fraud prevention, security, payment review, or disputes: up to 6 months, or longer if reasonably necessary for an active dispute, fraud investigation, legal obligation, or security incident.
• Payment-related records: retained as required by payment providers, accounting needs, fraud prevention, or applicable law.

You may contact us at support@mybdaystar.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the account and order information associated with your use of MyBday Star, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, payment, security, and dispute-resolution limitations.

You may also be able to delete your account through your Dashboard. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify associated account and order data from our active systems, except for information we need to retain for payment, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

If you ask us to delete data associated with an order, please understand that deleting certain information may affect our ability to provide account access, support, or order-related assistance.

California residents: We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the service, keep you signed in, maintain your session, and support security and basic functionality.

We do not use advertising cookies for third-party behavioral advertising.

MyBday Star is operated from Israel. Depending on the service providers used to operate the platform, personal information may be processed in Israel, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using the service and providing information to us, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MyBday Star after the updated policy is posted means you accept the revised version.
